-The food is incredible! Locally sourced, healthy, abundant and delicious.
-The Shala is the most beautiful yoga studio space I’ve practiced in to date.
-Chloe Copeland is signed on to assist our Yoga Integration® Intensive again and also offer her gifts of Kirtan, Essential Oils & Shakti Dance
-We will still have 5 days of intensive Yoga Integration® practice, but this time we will have a free day for whatever you choose. A day trip to Sayulita or San Pancho to shop perhaps? Snorkeling? Fishing? Surfing? You will have one entire day to luxuriate in whatever non-yoga vacation-y thing you choose without having to negotiate around our all important yoga classes!
-Want to bring your spouse? Your girlfriend who doesn’t want to do yoga? Your kids? We might be able to make that happen. We will offer a reduced rate package for up to 10 additional guests that will not be attending class. AND we can help secure daily childcare. These family rooms & reduced rate trips are also limited.
-We have chosen to keep our practice space limited to 25 Female students to maintain the personal attention and intimacy of our practice.
-This 2020 retreat will have projected anatomy images to enhance your Yoga Integration® Anatomy lesson experience.
Level 2 Flow Practice
– Many of you want the opportunity to challenge your body with a more heat building flow practice and a higher level of difficulty in asana practice. Start your day with a pre-breakfast meditation flow practice with Chloe at sunrise!
-Morning study&practice will still be perfectly suitable for all practice levels, including beginners, and every willing body, and evening flow will be an intermediate practice, suitable for most.
